The Tommy Bright Award is

Professional Floral Communicators - International. The award signifies
lifetime achievement in floral presentation and is named in honor of
Ethel "Tommy" Bright, whose motto fits so perfectly with PFCI's
objectives - "Learn More, Teach Others."
