contributed to their success through career, professional life, family
obligations, and volunteer organizations. This year’s theme was
“Discover, Unite...Make a Difference”.

![]() Marcia A. Wilson Breen's Florist PROFESSIONAL REFERRAL ORGANIZATION FOR WOMEN Marcia A. Wilson is a FTD Master Florist and President of Breen’s Florist, a premier floral company certified by the Women Business Enterprise Alliance (WBEA) operating three retail stores and a full service design center. Marcia became involved in the family business in 1986 “by accident” when her father purchased the 30 year old company. Now being Top 100 member of FTD. Marcia travels extensively to visit other floral shops and growers around the world to bring the best service and product possible to her customers. Born in Indiana, Marcia graduated from Stephen F. Austin with a degree in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. She began her career with Norton Ditto, an exclusive men's clothing store. Marcia is a very active member of the community - volunteering for the Montgomery County Mounted Patrol and serving on the Cancer Survivors Fund board. She is currently President of Houston Executive Roundtable (HER) breakfast networking organization. She is a member of numerous other organization including HLSR Charter 100, Allied Florists of Houston, Texas State Florists Association, Society of American Florists, The Better Business Bureau, and various other chambers, where she holds many committee and board positions. ![]() Sarah

Sarah's Florist MEMORIAL WOMEN'S BUSINESS NETWORK Sarah Hammons Cain, owner of Sarah's Florist, has become highly visible in the community because of her willingness to participate in philanthropic and community activities that support meaningful causes while promoting businesses. Among worldwide clients, she is also the florist of choice for many celebrities that have homes in the Houston area. Realizing the special needs and interests of women in business, Sarah had the idea of a program geared to these needs. She co-chaired the event which included three special events over a three month period. Sarah has been featured in different world wide magazines and has appeared on television and on the radio. She personally contributed over 200 hours in charity endeavors throughout the Houston area with her staff providing additional hours. Of course, her most beautiful contributions were flowers and floral design services valued at over $13,000 so far in 2007. Congratulations Ladies — Allied
