Tina Stoecker, AIFD, opened her shop, Designs of the Times
Florist, in 1982. Past President of the Southern Region of AIFD, Tina
has presented programs at both regional and national levels. In
addition, Tina has worked at the Tournament of Roses Parade for
Charisma Floats, been a part of the FTD Convention Team and has judged
the FTD America's Cup and Southeastern Flower Show.
